How do I book an appointment?
You can book directly through our online booking system or contact the salon by phone. Appointments are recommended to ensure availability.
Do I need to arrive earlier?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to check in, settle in, and consult with your stylist before your service begins.
Can I choose my stylist?
Absolutely. You may request a specific stylist, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability.
What if I cancel or reschedule?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can accommodate other clients and avoid cancellation fees.
Do you also offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are available and make a perfect gift for birthdays, special occasions, or simply treating someone to a luxury salon experience.
Is there a commitment for memberships?
A three-month minimum commitment is required. Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use. All membership credits remain valid and do not expire.
