At The Brand Hair Salon, our policies are designed to create a seamless, elevated experience for every guest while allowing our artists to focus on delivering exceptional results. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
All The Brand Hair Salon gift cards and packages are final sale and non-refundable. They must be treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards and packages are not redeemable for cash.
All services, products, packages, and memberships at The Brand Hair Salon are final sale and non-refundable.
We proudly stand behind our work. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, we are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment. At the discretion of The Brand Hair Salon, or upon client request, a different stylist may be assigned to help achieve your desired look.
To cancel a membership, please email info@thebrandhairsalon.com at least 30 days prior to your billing date.
Please include your full name, phone number, email address, and reason for cancellation.
Any unused membership Benefits will remain available for 90 days from the cancellation date. After 90 days, all unused benefits will expire and will no longer be redeemable.
Please note that once a membership is purchased, no refunds will be issued.
All memberships require a minimum three (3) month commitment.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedules. Same-day rescheduling is considered a late cancellation.
Late cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service value.
To respect all guests’ time, The Brand Hair Salon allows a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arrivals beyond this window may result in shortened service time or rescheduling to avoid impacting other appointments.
All deposits will be applied toward your service total.
